About Me

Hi, I’m Sarah Percy. I am a registered dietitian and live in the Wairarapa with my husband, 2 children, dog and 5 chickens. I’ve worked as a dietitian for over 20 years, both in hospitals in NZ and the UK and more recently in my own business Tea Health and Wellbeing with my psychologist colleague. I love talking about nutrition and helping people improve their wellbeing through positive and enjoyable health changes…no dieting or deprivation around here!
