Programme Information

Three everyday women kōrero openly about the ups, downs, and in-betweens of womanhood and wellness. With humour, heart, and honesty, they dive into what matters most: health, identity, resilience, and connection.

About Us

Rosslyn Bartlett is a proud māmā of three, a nurse lecturer, and a wāhine with aroha for her whānau and community. From mental health nursing to teaching, and from cheering on her tamariki in sport to expressing her flair for fashion, Rosslyn brings manaaki, pride, and joy into everything she does.

Sarah Keenan, born in Hokitika, is a palliative care nurse whose work is grounded in compassion, dignity, and presence. Beyond nursing, she delights in gardening, crafting, and exploring delicate teas and flavours from different cultures. At the heart of her life is her one magical child, who inspires her to see beauty in the everyday. Whimsical and wholehearted, Sarah brings warmth, creativity, and connection to all she does.

Te Marie Tahere is a Registered Nurse and hearty Ngāpuhi wahine, proud māmā of three and aunty to many. Passionate about Te Ao Māori and weaving Te Reo into her life, she grounds her mahi in culture, connection, and identity. Creative and adventurous, she loves painting, collecting tea sets, patting dogs, and chasing the freedom of the open road with her sights set on a Yamaha R1 and Harley Davidson.
