Programme Information
The programmes will focus on impacts of the various crises we face and be looking at which resources, skills and social practices we will need to develop in order to mitigate these impacts nationwide, locally and personally. There is a lot of panic and doom and gloom but somehow we can draw on history to give an indication on preparations, practises and ideas to help us refrain from panicking.
About Us
Margaret Crawford and Anna-Marie Kingsley who have lived and practiced self-sufficiency in several settings. In previous programmes, "Living the Goodlife" and "Avant Gardening" they presented together with other contributors some of the self-sufficiency ideas. but in this series, they will be more focused on what we need to develop in the way of skills , resources, and mindsets to be more positive in challenging situations.
