Women's Health and Fitness is presented by Roz Bowler from Carterton. This programme is aimed at women of all ages, to inspire commitment to a healthy lifestyle by providing advice and practical strategies for our physical wellbeing. Roz supplies up to date information on everyday active living, health and wellbeing, with an emphasis on issues of particular relevance to women. The programme also contains a regular segment on healthy eating; providing recipes, cooking tips, nutritional information and dietary inspirations for your ongoing health. We have only one body. Hello, my name is Roz and I am a qualified Personal Trainer/Active Living Coach. My passion is to inspire and help women to realise the full potential of their unique bodies, motivating our listeners with exercise tips and basic clues on how to get started on the road to a new, healthy you.
