8.30am: Canal Español - A show in Spanish, with information about the life, culture and history of Spain with great Spanish music. 

10.00: Live Wires  -  Live Wires fizzes, pops and crackles with youthful talent and enthusiasm. Students present their own variety programmes live from the classroom.

12noon: Wheels On Fire - A rubber-burning wheelie through the highs and lows of living with disability.

1.00pm: Fighting Stigma - talking about the stigma and discrimination faced by people who have personal experiences of mental unwellness.

1.30pm: WaiReo - Te Reo Māori show including Māori Music content.

3.30pm: The Bridge Zone The Bridge Zone is a radio show and podcast encouraging fellow Bridge players to share the passion that Barry Jones and Mereana Cullen have in playing this challenging game.

7.00pm: Jazz Club with Alex Nyman - Featuring an eclectic mix of vintage to contemporary Jazz music both recorded and live plus interviews and playing with some of the upcoming and leading jazz musicians from NZ and beyond. (R)

9.30pm: This Way Out  - the international lesbian & gay radio magazine.

10:00pm: Democracy Now - the War and Peace report. An independent global news programme from the USA.

12.00pm: WINGS - Women's international News Gathering Service.

12.30pm: The Road To Recovery & Freedom - stories about travels around the world mixed with the story of one man's journey back from depression.

7.00pm: Friday Night Blues - discover the only local show dedicated to the wonderful world of blues; from old to new, slow to fast.

8.00pm: Sixties Nostalgia - travel back to the greatest decade of music ever. Songs you haven't heard for a while or maybe never before. Tune in and be surprised.
